Sales Executive
(German Speaking)

You

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson to work as part of a small team reporting directly to the Sales Director on opening up German speaking markets. The right candidate will be hungry to source and develop leads, grow and manage their own pipeline and close sales opportunities whilst working with some of our regional partners. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities, and will have the motivation to work autonomously to drive sales. The ideal person will have the initiative to pursue new areas for growth, the confidence to “ask for the sale” and will always be a positive customer-focused advocate for the brand. We offer an uncapped bonus structure, and there is huge scope for progression with this role as we grow our team and expand into new territories. For this role you will need to be fluent in German.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage leads using a CRM and lead management tools.

  • Work collaboratively to develop and pursue inbound enquiries.

  • Build strong customer relationships through face to face visits, video and telephone calls.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

  • Represent the company and promote the brand at industry events and conferences.

  • Meet and exceed sales activity targets and KPIs.

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

  • Set and achieve weekly targets as part of team goals.

Desirable

  • B2B sales experience

  • UK/EU driving licence
