Last year, if you happened to be at the 2016 Wimbledon Club Squash Squared Open, you may have noticed that KwickScreens were used throughout to provide privacy and branding.
Firstly, they were used to shield the practice courts so that the players could focus on their warm ups without being distracted. Because KwickScreens are portable and flexible, they could easily be rearranged to create a doorway allowing the players to leave the practice court in privacy.
Once the game was over the KwickScreens were wheeled onto the court so the winners could receive their prizes and have photos taken with the tournament sponsor’s logos on display. Later, KwickScreens were used as a backdrop whilst the players had their tournament dinner.
This flexible use of KwickScreens during a sporting tournament allowed the players to have privacy whilst also promoting the sponsors.
We have had many other experiences in enhancing sporting events such as the London 2012 Olympics, where we helped create a pop-up treatment area for the athletes in the Olympic Village.
